Rental Information and Deposit Policies

Capacity – up to 225

Rental fee:
This fee includes, use of the reception hall for maximum of four hours (customer will be billed *$200.00 per hour for each hour or any portion of an hour above four hours), tables and chairs for up to 225 people, event planning consultation, set-up of reception hall, one additional hour free (the facility will be opened one1 hour prior to the start of an event).

Fee Schedule:
• Reception Hall- *$650.00 - 4hrs, - *$250.00 Deposit.
• Gazebo - *$500.00 - 4hrs, - *$200.00 Deposit.
• Reception Hall and Gazebo (same day) - *$950.00, 6hrs, -*$300.00 Deposit.
• Deposit - A deposit is required at time of scheduling to hold your rental date. This deposit is non-refundable unless Gazebo Lake Reception Hall can reschedule your date.

NOTE: All cancellations must be made through Dorothene Torry-Willis.
• Balance due – The balance is due 14 days prior to your rental date. Once this balance is paid, it is not refundable unless Gazebo Lake can reschedule your date. If we can reschedule your date, your deposit will be returned when the new customer pays theirs.
• Damage deposit – A *$200.00 damage deposit is required on all rentals. Damage deposit must be paid prior to the start of any activity on Gazebo Lake property and may be paid in one of two ways:
1. By check at least 14 days prior to your rental date (this check will be deposited and refund will be by check).
2. By cash, the day of the activity and prior to the start of activity. Refund will be by cash.
Damage deposit will be refunded after Gazebo Lake Reception Hall and Pavilion and associated areas have been inspected and determined free from damage and incompliance with all the terms specified in this contract.

*Any outside catering or food/beverage brought in by customer must be approved by Gazebo Lake Management and is subject to a food service fee.
